Not the Chips; Ruffles.

Yes, i am talking about ruffles; just not the chips..



I love them. I have even learnt to sew so I can sew them on practically everything. There have been lots of DIY projects, lot's of messy business I tell you.

and I only recently discovered I own this really pretty cream ruffled blouse.



These are my shoes. I am quite impressed with the result of my DIY project.

Severe Sheer.

Its my Birthday today! [Happy B-day to me!!]

Sheer is an ultra/supertrend this Spring as seen on the runway. Many shows had outfits with sheer elements, but these were some of my favourites . (click to enlarge)



and this is me wearing a somewhat sheer blouse from h&m I think and a sheer scarf (thrift store) .[and i am holding a ruler]

Plaid Fad.

So i have moved up the plaid post to today [everybody say Yey!!(or not)] .. once again i want to apologize for my unacceptable behaviour (haha) for not posting about this trend earlier but as i said before i wasnt on blogger when the trend appeared...since i dont need to give an introduction since many other bloggers have already introducted it (ok..im repeating myself) i will just force feed you some eyecandy!! love you all, lots of kisses, thank you for your insightful comments (keep them coming!) and yes, that is me in the first three pictures..

tell me : do I look cool? because in the first photo i am wearing my dad's shirt, and in the second i am wearing my mom's PJ's. yeah..that's how much of a loser I am..but I love the outcome (enough with the narcissism already).in the first picture im also wearing h&m ribbed tights and Paul&Joe shorts, in the others some cheap-o necklace and sunnies and the small necklace is an expensive gift from an auntie..short post, more to come and to come, and to come.

After seeing the Spring runways, i decided to make this ode to Black&White , but mostly to black, because bold colours have invaded the runways and black is temporarily,sadly unwelcome. Aurevoir; my favourite colour (even though its not technically a colour), i will see you when september comes..

and i scanned the black & white editorial from Elle USA January featuring miss Universe RIYO MORI.I loved this.. the woman is soo beautiful and she looks like many different people in the different pictures.
